Hello FJCCSGA, my name is Megan Fahey and I am your 2010-2011 Vice President. I am originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Currently I attend Palm Beach State College. I love volunteering, leadership positions, and of course Student Government Association. I live with my parents and two younger siblings. My hobbies are swimming, playing board games, beading, going to the movies, and just soaking up the sun.
My future plans are to graduate from Palm Beach State, move on to Florida Atlantic University for my bachelors degree. Then enter the medical program at the University of Florida, and eventually become an interventional radiologist or dermatologist. I also serve as the Inter-club Collegiate chairperson for the Palm Beach State College- Eissey Campus. Among SGA, my other plans for next year are to create a club on campus known as Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) and once again chair Relay for Life of Juno Beach. I am so psyched for this year in FJCCSGA, and even more excited to have the opportunity to spearhead the creation of the Horizon newsletter for this up incoming year.
